The Fuzztones are a garage rock revival band formed in the 1981. Founded by singer-guitarist Rudi Protrudi, the band was dismissed by some critics and listeners as a "bar band" or unoriginal - and even plagiaristic. They maintain a strong fan base in New York, Los Angeles and in Europe, where their music even played on Hungarian State Radio.
